Greetings, from 3rd Finger Record Pool. Our objective is to service the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area with Urban music (Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Bass & Reggae/Dancehall, etc..). Our roster (see attached) is full of reputable Club, Radio, Mobile & Mix Tape Disc Jockey's who have no affiliations with other record pools. People in Cincinnati play a vital part as consumers to the music industry. We feel it is time for those who bring the music the to the consumers in Cincinnati (DJ's) stop being overlooked or considered a low priority. Cincinnati is a key component in the Midwest which is brewing and about to blow up music wise. What we are doing on our Radio Show (B-Boys Underground & Da Open Mind Session WAIF 88.3 FM - www.waif883.org), with our Productions and with our Mix Tapes (1200 HOBO's featuring Mr. Dibbs), has created quite a stir in the area. Cincinnati is diverse and all types of Urban Music are welcome in our area.

With our Radio Show we have already been doing our job by playing new material on the air and giving away extra copies to other local DJ's. Actually they felt that since we got a lot of new product before they did we should share the wealth and start a record pool, my sentiments exactly. We understand the concern of labels with record pools, especially new pools. That is why a lot of time, thought, research and planning is going into our record pool. Our area needed it badly. The urban DJ's were not getting serviced properly which would directly delay or hinder record sales in the area. We have linked all of the DJ's doing the Radio Shows, the Clubs, the local parties, the fraternity parties, etc... together. We will provide a forum of promotion for not only mainstream majors but also for independents and underground material. 3rd Finger Record Pool means BUSINESS!
